■Q1. 審査基準を教えてください

□A1.
書類審査から、選抜プレゼンテーションまで合計２回の審査がSV-SECにはあります。

書類審査では以下の４点を審査基準とします。これは、２回の審査において全て共通項目です。
さらにプレゼンテーション選抜では４点に加えて、実現性を加えた５点の項目にて審査を行います。

【審査基準】
■課題の設定及び解決策：
ビジネスプランの課題の設定、及びその解決策が分かりやすく示されているかどうか
■独創性・新規性：
既存のビジネスと比べて、ユニークかつ新しいものが提示されているかどうか
■優位性：
競合サービスと比べて、差別化を図ることができる特徴があるかどうか
■具体性と論理的な裏付け：
ビジネスプランが具体的なものであり、収益性や持続性などの点において論理的な裏付けがとれているかどうか

■実現性：
ビジネスプランを具体的なサービスの形でモックアップできているかどうか

これらを総合的に判断したうえでシリコンバレーへ派遣するチームを選抜します。

選抜プレゼンテーション審査まで進んだ場合、独創性や優位性についてあなた自身の言葉で熱意を持って伝えることができるので、発表の仕方次第では審査員の関心をあなたの得意分野に持っていくことが可能です。シリコンバレーで自らビジネスへの投資を目的にベンチャーキャピタリストにピッチするようなプレゼンテーションを求めています。
書類審査においては、記述頂いた項目について全て平均点以上の点数が求められており、第三者にわかりやすく自分の言葉でしっかり記述されていることが平均点以上をとる最低限の条件です。

■Q2. 同一チームで２つ以上のプランを提出することは可能ですか？

□A2.
全てのプランに対して書類提出・プレゼンテーション・モックアップの作成が可能な場合は、同一メンバーに寄る複数プランの応募に制限はありません。その場合、運営上の都合から、チーム名に数字や記号を付けて差別化して頂けると幸いです。

■Q3.７月１日の会場の設備について教えてださい？（スクリーンの大きさ、電波は入るのかなど）

□A3.

【スクリーンの大きさ】：2m弱×2m弱
【Wifiの利用】社内PC利用の場合wifiは使用可能です。スマホを社内インターネットに繋げる場合は、許可が必要になるので事前にご連絡を頂けると幸いです。個人でWiMax等を持参してのインターネット利用は問題ありません。

■Q4.　プレゼンテーションの持ち時間はどのくらいか？

□A4.
プレゼンテーションの持ち時間は５分です。発表後５分間の質疑応答の時間を設けているので全体で１０分程度を想定しております。

■Q5.　審査員は誰ですか？

□A5.
曽山哲人様（サイバーエージェント取締役人事部本部長）、大下徹朗様（サイバーエージェント・ベンチャーズ取締役）、平石郁生様（サンブリッジ・グローバルベンチャーズ代表取締役社長）、菅原岳人様（東京大学産学連携本部事業化推進部助教）の４名を予定しております。

■Q6. チーム登録をしたメンバーの変更は可能か？

□A6.
可能です。プランに対して書類提出・プレゼンテーション・モックアップの作成が可能な場合、７月１日のプレゼンテーションまでに事前にご連絡頂ければメンバーの変更を基本的に認めます。事前にご相談下さい。メンバー変更を希望する場合bizjapan.org@gmail宛に以下のフォーマットに従ってご連絡下さい。：

【件名】：【SV-SEC】メンバー変更希望（チーム名）
【文面】：メンバーのお名前、所属大学、学部・専攻、応募区分（ビジネス・エンジニア）、PCメールアドレスの情報を必ず明記して下さい。

■Q7．書類は英語と日本語両方で提出する必要があるか？

□A7
いいえ、どちらか片方のみの提出で結構です。

■Q1. What is the selection criteria?

□A1.
We have two selection processes; 1. proposal paper and 2. presentation.

In the proposal paper selection, we have 4 criteria as follows. These are common criteria throughout the two processes.
In addition, we will judge the "Feasibility" of your business plan in the presentation selection.

【Selection Criteria】
■Issue and Solution:
You have a clear idea on what issue you want to solve and your business plan clearly shows its solution.
■Uniqueness
Your business plan is unique among existing business ideas.
■Superiority
Your business plan has any superiority to the competing business plans.
■Concreteness and logical reasoning:
Your business plan is concrete enough and has logical reasoning for profitability and sustainability.

■Feasibility
Your trial product can convey clear image on what your business plan is all about.

Imagine yourself making your pitch presentation in front of venture capitalists in the Silicon Valley. That is what we are looking for.

In the paper selection, you are required to satisfy "above-average" level on all the 4 criteria above. To meet "above-average" level, you need to describe your ideas with your own words simply enough for a third-party to understand.

■Q2. Can we submit more than one business plan?

□A2.
If you could prepare proposal papers and presentations for all the business plans, you are allowed to submit your proposal as many as you want. In that case, please add number on your team name (i.e. Team Bizjapan #1). 

■Q3．What is the facility at the presentation on 1 July?

□A3.
【Venue】：Cyber Agent Inc., Seminar Room

【Size of the screen】：2m×2m (Approximately)
【Use of PC/Smart Phones】：You are not allowed to use your own laptop. Wifi is available only when you access from the intra-office PC. If you would like to connect your smart phone, please kindly inform us in advance.

■Q4.　How much time do we have for presentation?

□A4.
You have 5 minutes to explain your business plan, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.

■Q5.　Who are the judges?

□A5.

■Q6. Can we change the team members after registration?

□A6.
Yes, you can. If you can fulfill all the requirements, you may change your team members before 1 July. Please contact us in advance at bizjapan.org@gmail . Please follow the format as follows.

【Contents】：Please include the member's name, university, major, role in the team (Business/Engineer) and email address.

■Q7．Do we have to submit our documents both in Japanese and in English?

□A7
No, you don't. Either Japanese or English is fine.
